Comparison - Parallel agent manager
Winy vs Conductor
Conductor runs parallel agents in isolated worktrees and ships their diffs; Winy runs them as cards on a canvas next to your notes.
Conductor is a Mac app that runs parallel Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode agents, each in its own Git worktree and branch, then helps you review the diff, open a pull request and merge.
Winy is a native infinite-canvas notebook for Mac, iPad and iPhone, where real agent sessions sit on the board as live cards beside your notes, ink and images.
Both answer the question of running many agents at once, but Conductor is organized around tasks and pull requests, and Winy is organized around a board you think on.

Which one is for you
Choose Conductor if
- You want each agent in its own worktree and branch, set up for you, so parallel work never collides.
- Your loop is task, diff, pull request, merge, and you want that flow in one app.
- You run Cursor or OpenCode agents too, or want cloud workspaces on a paid plan.
Choose Winy if
- You want to see every agent at once on one board, with status lights and a line on what each is doing, instead of switching between workspaces.
- You plan with notes, arrows and a Pencil, and want that thinking next to the agents and visible to them.
- You want the board on your iPad and iPhone too, or you want Winy to attach to sessions already running in your terminal.
Questions
What is the best way to run multiple Claude Code agents at once?
It depends on how you work. Conductor gives each agent its own worktree and walks it to a pull request. Winy puts every session on one canvas next to your notes, so you can watch and steer them together.
Does Winy use Git worktrees like Conductor?
Not built in today. Each card runs wherever you start it. If automatic worktree isolation per agent is the main thing you need, Conductor does that.
Is there a Conductor alternative for iPad?
Conductor runs on the Mac. Winy runs on Mac, iPad and iPhone, with the Mac running the agents and the same board, agent cards included, on every device.
Is Conductor free?
Conductor has a free plan where you bring your own subscriptions and API keys. Pro is $50 a month and Teams is $60 per user per month.
Thinking is Winning
